On 2nd February 1995, Siddaganga Urban Co-operative Bank Limited was formally established in Tumakuru, marking the beginning of a dedicated financial institution focused on supporting individuals, small businesses and the Local Community. In the same year, the Bank obtained its licence from the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai, enabling it to commence full-fledged banking operations including deposit mobilisation and loan disbursement.
